2023年島東山海藝術季「恁若來台東」，以由歌手沈文程所演唱、傳唱度極高的〈若來台東〉歌曲中的歌詞「恁若來台東」，把遠方的旅客邀請到這片擁有山海文化的美麗土地。
為此台東舉辦了一系列以音樂與文化為主題的活動，舉辦農夫市集活動、月光音樂會、職人工作坊等等多樣活動。讓遊客更深入感受這片獨特的自然風光和文化氛圍。

而活動所延伸的設計周邊商品：(1) 視覺海報 、(2) 旅遊指南小冊、(3) 復刻版錄音帶〈恁若來台東〉、(4) 勳章 更是在細膩處彰顯了這首歌的內涵。「若來台東」這首歌串聯起台東山海文化的美麗面貌，讓遊客在這片土地上感受到濃厚的人文氛圍和融入當地生活的熱情。這是一趟充滿活力、有趣且難忘的旅程，也讓人深深愛上這片山與海交融的寶島！

「 雲霧繚繞於山脊間，偶有日光穿透，映照在井然的金黃稻田上，幾糰矮小蓬鬆的樹叢錯落其間；
微風輕撫稻穗，晃下了昨晚停留的雨珠。」
放慢步調後，輪廓變得明朗，自我恢復專注。看著稻田、河流、日光，判斷時節的愜意，感受日出而作、日落而息，人與光影、時間變化下，一起生活的能量轉換。
